Giovanni Di Bartolomeo
is Associate Professor of Economics
at the University of Teramo, where he teaches Economics
and Advanced Economics.
He also teaches
Monetary Economics in the Ph.D.
program at the University of Rome La Sapienza, Economic
Policy in the Master Communication for Social Institutions
and International Economics and
European Economic Integration
at the Richmond Centre of Studies.
He is AIEL,
CRISS, ECEP,
EABCN fellow and referee
for international journals as Journal of Money,
Credit and Banking, Canadian Journal of Economics,
Journal of Macroeconomics, Public Choice,
European Journal of Political Economics, Journal
of Economics.
He is co-editor
of the book series Practice & Theory, the main
editor of the Working Paper Series of the Department of Communication
(University of Teramo) and the member of the editorial board
of the journal Skill and Practice.
Previously, he
has been employed as Lecturer of Economic
Policy at the University of Rome La Sapienza for three
years, as Assistant Professor of Econometrics
at the University of Antwerp for two years and at the
Labor Market Department of the Italian
National Statistical Institute (ISTAT) for one year.
He holds a Master
of Science in Economics and Finance from the University
of Barcelona Pompeu Fabra and a Ph.D.
in Economics from the University
of Rome La Sapienza.
His research
interests are European integration process, monetary
and fiscal policy, policy games, and labor economics.
